Report an unauthorized transaction as fraud

If you see a charge that you do not recognize, it may be fraud. Before you report fraud, please double check that you didn't make the transaction. You can click on the transaction in the spending tab to view more details about the transaction. If you still don’t recognize the transaction, please contact us via your in-app chat to report it.

Correct a problem with a legitimate charge

If you see a charge from a merchant you know or have done business with, but there’s something wrong with the charge, you may file a dispute. Here are some situations where Milli can help you dispute a charge:

- You didn’t receive merchandise or services you paid for.

- You cancelled a service and you’re still being charged for it.

- You made a purchase, but the amount on your statement is wrong or you were charged twice.

- A credit you were supposed to receive didn’t show up on your statement.

You can file a dispute via the chat in the Milli app or by emailing support@milli.bank.
