We collect information because we need to be able to accurately identify designated beneficiaries if the Milli account holder does pass away.

To add a beneficiary, we need the following information for each individual:

1. First and last name

2. Date of birth

3. Social Security Number (SSN)

4. Address

5. Phone number

If we don't capture this information, there is a possibility we won't be able to identify your designated POD to properly disburse your money as desired.
