If you think your Milli account has been hacked, please start a chat session within the app or email support@milli.bank. Our team will review the account activity and verify ownership by validating your identity.
โ
In the meantime, please follow recommended online security protocols, such as using a unique password for every account you have and ensuring those passwords are strong. A strong password contains multiple characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Be aware of phishing scams and spamming. Milli will never contact you unsolicited via email or any other method and ask you to verify an account number, password, PIN (Personal Identification Number) or Social Security Number.

At Milli, we take cybersecurity and your account security very seriously. As a division of First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), we adhere to rigorous compliance requirements expected of financial institutions and members of critical infrastructure. For more information, visit the Security Center.
